The sixth Verk og vit exhibition takes place in the Laugardalur Exhibition Centre in Reykjavík on 18-21 April 2024. Verk og vit is Iceland’s leading venue for companies and institutions involved in the construction industry, urban planning and civil engineering to present their products and services. The exhibition is open to professionals on all the exhibition days, and to the general public over the weekend 20-21 April.

Verk og vit (previously known as Construct North) has always attracted a great deal of attention, both among professionals and the public, and in recent years attendance figures have topped 25,000. Thus, Verk og vit has established itself as a key event, a sort of ‘harvest festival’ for all involved in the construction industry, town planning and civil engineering in Iceland. More than 100 exhibitors are taking part this year, which is similar to the numbers in previous exhibitions.

A conference and other events relating to Verk og vit will also be going ahead.

Exhibitors at Verk og vit 2024 include contractors, engineering consultancies, equipment rental companies, software houses, manufacturers, educational establishments and consultancies and they are all committed to making the exhibition as impressive as possible. All the exhibition space was booked up immediately last autumn and it is clear that those who participated on previous occasions were keen not to miss the opportunities offered at this year’s Verk og vit.

AP Public Relations is the manager of the exhibition. Verk og vit 2024 has been made possible y partnership with the Ministry of Education and Children, the Ministry of Infrastructure, the Federation of Icelandic Industries, Byko and Landsbankinn.
